Reconstitution Guide

1. Allow the lyophilised vial to reach room temperature. 2. Draw an appropriate volume of bacteriostatic water into a fresh sterile syringe. 3. Introduce the water gently against the wall of the vial — never inject directly onto the peptide cake. 4. Swirl gently. Do not shake or vortex vigorously; mechanical agitation can denature the peptide. 5. Allow full dissolution before use.

Document the reconstitution volume, date and lot number for every vial.
